We are Hiring - Legal Specialist (In-House)

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal compliance reviews to ensure company operations comply with Indonesian corporate and labor laws

- Draft, review, and revise bilingual commercial contracts (including supplier, lease, and cooperation agreements)

- Manage company licenses and permits, including coordination through the OSS system and relevant government authorities

- Identify potential legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions

- Handle legal disputes, including labor disputes, contract breaches, litigation, and arbitration

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law

- ⁠Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Legal Specialist / Legal Officer / In-House Legal

- Strong understanding of Indonesian company and labor laws

- Familiar with OSS system and licensing processes

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
