Deskripsi pekerjaan Legal Specialist PT. PEGAUNIHAN TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA

Responsibilities

Responsible for all contractual matters, including contract drafting review and negotiation
Assisting and managing all types of corporate disputes and litigations
Providing legal advice or training to other departments, such as business and functional units
Providing legal assistance for company projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in law from a reputable in Indonesia University
Fluent in Indonesian and English (written and spoken) is a must
License to practice law in Indonesia is preferred
Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude, excellent communication skills and highly detail oriented
