As Topremit is a leading remittance service company in Indonesia, it is very important for us to make sure everything is secure and in compliance with the law. Not only do we talk about business permits but also about transactions that happen through our platform. The Compliance and Legal department takes part to ensure that accountable decisions are taken at the right level and function in the organization, and that the individuals making those decisions are suitably informed about the level of legal risk inherent within the decision.
What you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, with interest in corporate legal matters.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
- Skilled in drafting, coordinating, and reporting legal agreements.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills when dealing with internal and external parties.
- Excellent in time and task management skills.
What you’ll contribute on:
- Maintain and manage all legal documents related to Topremit.
- Conduct legal reviews, provide legal opinions, and handle legal drafting and administration.
- Review agreements with external parties to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Define internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
