Position: Legal Specialist
Years of Experience: 1-3 Years
English and Mandarin is mandatory to communicate with stakeholders
Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, MOUs, and internal legal documents/policies.
2. Provide legal advice and opinions on corporate, commercial, partnership, and business matters.
3. Ensure regulatory compliance, including monitoring Indonesian laws, permits, OSS, WLKP, and other statutory reporting requirements.
4. Manage intellectual property matters, including trademark registration and coordination with DJKI, as well as liaising with notaries, external counsel, and government authorities.
5. Support dispute resolution, legal risk management, SOP development, and internal policy implementation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Law with 1–3 years of relevant experience in legal, corporate, or compliance roles; Master’s degree/certification is a plus.
2. Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate, contract, labor law, and regulatory compliance, with familiarity with OSS, DJKI, and WLKP.
3. Excellent legal drafting and writing skills, including contracts, legal opinions, SOPs, and company policies.
4. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with good judgment in identifying and managing legal risks.
5. Fluent English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a strong plus.
6. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
