Deskripsi pekerjaan Legal Specalist J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo)
Job Description:
Review, draft, and revise various types of legal agreements and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Coordinate and liaise with government institutions and external parties related to the company’s business activities, including but not limited to the police, notaries, BKPM, and relevant ministries.
Provide accurate and practical legal opinions and advice to support the company’s operations and strategic decisions.
Handle litigation and mediation matters, including preparing necessary legal documents and representing the company in external proceedings.
Ensure all legal activities are conducted in accordance with prevailing laws and internal governance standards.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
Prior experience in a legal role within a logistics or supply chain company will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills in both litigation and non-litigation areas.
Proficient in English (spoken and written) to support cross-border communication and documentation.
Willing to work extended hours or travel out of town as required by the company’s business need
