Deskripsi pekerjaan Legal Senior Beeza

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support to management and internal stakeholders on daily business operations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and cooperation arrangements.
  • Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the technology and fintech industries, including corporate legalities and licensing (AHU, OSS, OJK, and BI)
  • Handle corporate legal matters, including company licensing, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company’s business.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel, regulators, and relevant third parties when required.
  • Support risk management by identifying potential legal issues and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in handling disputes, claims, or legal cases involving the company.
  • Maintain and organize legal documentation and records properly.
  • Support internal policies and procedures from a legal and compliance perspective.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (Hukum).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Officer / Legal Senior, preferably in technology, fintech, or financial services companies.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, including corporate law and commercial contracts.
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
  • Familiar with regulatory compliance and licensing processes.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience liaising with regulators or external legal parties is a plus.
  • PKPA certification (Peradi Special Education for Advocates) is a plus, holding a KTA or advocate registration is preferred.
