The Mission
Quantum Power Asia is a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) developing Giga-Scale renewable energy projects across Asia. We are accelerating the transition to clean energy through strategic acquisitions, greenfield developments, and world-class partnerships.
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Legal Officer to serve as a key member of our group legal team. You will be at the heart of our mission, navigating complex regulatory landscapes and working on transactions across mining, energy, healthcare and M&A deals across Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory: Act as a key legal advisor to the in-house legal counsel providing high-level insights on business strategy and risk.
Project Documentation: Drafting of complex comercial agreements, including IPP, EPC, JV, Shareholder, and Loan Agreements.
Regulatory Navigation: Provide expert counsel on renewable energy and power generation frameworks across diverse Asian jurisdictions.
Compliance and Governance: Support the in-house legal counsel manage internal compliance, ensuring all licenses, approvals, and sustainability mandates are strictly met.

Expert Drafter: You have a proven track record of handling complex contracts and can provide sharp, decisive markups on the fly.
Industry Veteran: You possess solid experience in-house as well as top-tier international law firm.
Agile and Energetic: You are a fast learner with a "quick response" mindset.
Technical Requirements
Education: Degree in Law with relevant professional qualifications.
Experience: 5 years of practice in corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
Core Knowledge: Deep familiarity with mining, energy and infrastructure as well as cross-border transactions.
Age Profile: Min 35 years old.
Study, lived or worked abroad will be an advantage.
Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical ability, high-pressure problem solving, and fluent interpersonal communication.
