Job Description:
- Review drafts of Power of Attorney and Statement Letters for the establishment of Foreign Investment Company (PMA) and/or Domestic Investment Company (PMDN).
- Review drafts of Circular Resolutions of General Meeting of Shareholders, both annual and extraordinary according to the data and information submitted by our clients.
- Review drafts of Deeds of establishment or Deeds of Amendment according to data along with the purpose and objective conveyed by our clients.
- Analyze the client’s needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Distribute work to the Legal Junior Consultants according to their current work capacity.
- Send all legal documentation including the Articles of Association and / or its amendments and licenses to our clients and prepare related SAS’ Legal Follow-up Tool.
- Draft the legal due diligences report based on the data and information received from the Legal Junior Consultant.
- Meet with our clients and communicate through E-mail and WhatsApp if needs be.
- Provide legal consultation internally upon requests.
Requirements:
- Strong team spirit, openness, common sense & dedication.
- Bachelor’s degree of law (SH) from reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the legal field.
- Certificate of Special Education for Advocate Profession (PKPA) from PERADI is a plus.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Good communication skills.
- Good self-organization skills.
- Good self-presentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Deep knowledge of legal aspects, contract drafting and licensing.
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines, professionalism, independence, proactivity, detail orientation, good analytical thinking and the will to learn.
- Ability to work on a wide range of complex legal matters with minimal supervision.
