You will be responsible for:
- Research on laws, regulations, standards, legal articles, and other relevant sources relating to various business sectors, including but not limited to the field of Electrical, Agriculture, F&B and Medical Devices.
- Analyze research findings to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Draft legal reports or summarize the research findings.
- Organize and present information clearly, systematically, and in an easily understandable format.
- Provide input on legal arguments or references that can be included in legal documents.
- Keep track of changes or updates in laws and regulations that might impact the cases or legal sector.
- Research to find and evaluate the latest precedent (case law) relevant to a particular case or topic.
- Ensure that all findings and sources of information are properly recorded in the established document management systems.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding information discovered during the legal research process and ensure the security of sensitive data related to clients and cases.
General Requirements:
- Male / Female, Max 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) or a related field.
- Internship or previous experience working as a legal assistant in a law firm, government agency, or company requiring legal research.
- Good in English writing, reading, and speaking.
- Excellent research abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive learner with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Creative mindset with a strong interest in standards and regulations trends and strategies.
- Having good communication, analytical skills, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to support and serve customers.
- Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
- Honest, dynamic, disciplined, initiative, hard-working, self-motivated person.
