Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Legal Officer to support our ERP technology operations in Indonesia. You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and managing client contracts, ensuring they are legally sound, commercially aligned, and compliant with Indonesian regulations, data protection standards, and software licensing frameworks. This role requires strong legal acumen, excellent written English, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and compliance.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable Indonesian university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate legal advisory or contract management
• Familiarity with SaaS, software licensing, and technology-related agreements
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal system, especially contract law, data protection (PDP Law), and intellectual property
• Excellent command of written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously

• Awareness of intellectual property rights, licensing obligations, and software usage restrictions
Daily Responsibilities
• Review and vet client contracts, NDAs, and service agreements
• Draft and revise legal documents in collaboration with business teams
• Ensure contract terms reflect agreed commercial arrangements and protect company IP
• Liaise with internal departments to align legal terms with operational and product realities
• Maintain and update contract templates and legal documentation records
• Ensure all agreements comply with data protection regulations and internal privacy policies
• Review licensing terms for ERP modules, integrations, and third-party components
Monthly Responsibilities
• Conduct audits of signed contracts and flag renewal or termination timelines
• Report on contract status, risk exposure, and compliance gaps
• Support internal policy updates and legal process improvements
• Assist management in legal matters related to client disputes, licensing, or regulatory compliance
• Review and advise on internal data handling practices and licensing usage to ensure legal compliance and client trust
