WE’RE HIRING – LEGAL OFFICER (CORPORATE)
Location: Synergy Pro
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage company agreements and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws (OSS, PMA, business permits, etc.)
- Provide legal consultation related to company operations and policies
- Coordinate with external parties (notaries, regulators, relevant institutions)
- Handle legal administration, including legal drafting and legal opinions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate law or a law firm
- Strong knowledge of business regulations, foreign investment (PMA), and business permits
- Excellent legal analysis skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, able to work independently and in a team
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
