FYC Agency is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Officer to manage legal matters related to influencer/creator activities, brand collaborations, commercial contracts, and beauty product compliance issues.
Job Description:
- Draft, review, and manage brand collaboration contracts, influencer/creator agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Handle legal disputes, litigation matters, and potential legal cases involving influencers, creators, brand partners, and third parties.
- Manage legal complaints, reports, and investigations related to beauty products, including cases involving alleged regulatory violations.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, police, BPOM, and other relevant authorities regarding legal matters and investigations.
- Provide legal support for the company's own beauty brands, including product-related complaints, consumer disputes, and potential legal liabilities.
- Identify legal risks, prepare legal documents, and advise management on appropriate actions to protect the company's interests.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Regulatory Affairs and Brand Partnership, to address legal issues and ensure proper risk management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law (Ilmu Hukum).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian contract law, litigation, dispute resolution, and commercial regulations.
- Experienced in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, brand collaboration agreements, and influencer/creator agreements.
- Familiar with legal cases involving influencers, brand partnerships, consumer complaints, and beauty or cosmetic products.
- Knowledge of Indonesian regulations related to cosmetics, consumer protection, advertising, and product claims.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential matters.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, media, advertising, or influencer marketing is a plus.
- English/Chinese Proficiency is a plus.
