Deskripsi pekerjaan Legal Officer PT Unitek Timur Indonesia
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the legal field, especially in financial industry companies (having experience in financial technology industry is a plus)
- Strong understanding corporate law, business contracts, litigation, and regulations related to the retail industry
- Experienced in resolving complex legal issues
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and have sharp analytical skills
- Have good leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Having an advocate license or other relevant certification will be an advantage
Job Description
- Prepare, review, and ensure the validity of company legal documents (contracts, agreements, MOUs, etc.)
- Develop internal company legal policies and ensure their implementation
- Provide legal opinions regarding company operations and decision making
- Provide legal consultation to management and related departments to support the Company's strategic decisions
- Manage relationships with external parties, including notaries, lawyers and government agencies
- Oversee the resolution of legal cases involving the company
- Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Monitor relevant regulatory changes and provide recommendations for adjustments for the company
