Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Corporate Legal in leasing company is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required, both written and spoken.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Job Description
- Prepare ad hoc reports for regulators (OJK, etc.) in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Process legal documents required by the company, including agreements, letters, and other legal documents.
- Handle the renewal and maintenance of all licenses and legal documents at the Head Office related to the company’s business activities, preparing the required supporting documents.
- Maintain and organize all licensing and corporate legal documentation.
- Prepare reports related to legal projects undertaken by the company.
- Identify and communicate compliance gaps in the legal documentation based on applicable standards and regulations.
