WE ARE HIRING: LEGAL OFFICER (CORPORATE) | SEMINYAK BALI
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing core Legal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents (agreements, contracts, MoUs, etc.)
- Handle and ensure completeness of Legal Due Diligence (LDD)
- Manage business licensing through the OSS (Online Single Submission) system
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide legal advice and opinions to management
- Liaise with notaries, legal consultants, and government institutions
- Maintain and update company legal documents and licenses
- Identify and mitigate legal risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Legal Officer / Corporate Legal
- Strong understanding of Legal Due Diligence (LDD), OSS, and Indonesian business licensing
- Proven experience in setting up PT PMA (Foreign Investment Company)
- Strong contract drafting and review skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and good communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) is a must
