Deskripsi pekerjaan Legal Officer PT Datacell Infomedia (Paydia)
Job Descriptions:
- Keep up to date with, and understand all regulations (BI, PPATK, and other), and relevant laws
- Ensure KYC/AML practices which are in compliance with regulatory and Company requirements, which include liaising with regulator/PPATK identifying gap/issues, proposing solution as well preparing internal reporting
- Lead efforts to create and manage company policies to support implementation of regulation
- Review all business and operational to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Interfacing with regulatory party and represent the company in the association
- Support all Legal requirement/agreement/NDA/related to company partnership
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Legal Management
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experiences in the related field
- Familiar with Bank Indonesia, and other regulatory related to Payment Industry
- Experience working in the government or Payment industry is a plus
- Willing to fully WFO in Central Jakarta
