Key Responsibillities
Support the user by drafting and review various agreement (Financing Agreement, Dealership Agreement, Distribution Agreement, Lease Agreement, and other Business Agreement).
Support and assist business units to negotiate contracts with their business partners.
Liaise, communicate and cooperate with our regional legal for any legal consultation with and assignment from regional legal.
Hold the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) and Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).
Taking care the process of establishment and/or renewal of Company Business License, Providing Legal Opinion or Legal Memo for the management.
Constantly research and updates on relevant laws and regulations, To managed the company business report (LKPM) to Indonesia Coordinator Board Investment (BKPM)
To managed and working closely with the Lawyer and Notary for certain project, Registering the PKWT and its renewal to the Ministry of Labour through online.
To managed and maintain the relationship with Government Official such as BKPM, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Trade and Ministry of Labour.
Understand about the Omnibus Law especially Government Regulation (PP) 35/2021 regarding Specific Time Work Agreements (PKWT), Outsourcing and Termination of Employment.
Concurrent General Affair function : assist in the management of all forms of permits required, Passpor, Kitas, Accommodation bookings when guests come, both hotels and vehicles
Establish good relations with suppliers of goods or services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Legal, Legal Compliance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, contract law, and employment law.
Familiar with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, such as dealership, distribution, financing, lease, and other business agreements.
Good understanding of company licensing, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Familiar with OSS/BKPM, LKPM reporting, and company licensing procedures.
Knowledge of Government Regulation (PP) No. 35 of 2021 and other Indonesian labor regulations is preferred.
Experience coordinating with government institutions, notaries, external legal counsel, and other regulatory authorities.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
