Scope of Work:
- Compliance & regulatory reporting (including LKPM, OSS, and other relevant reports)
- Regulatory monitoring and preparation of implementation recommendations
- Management of corporate licenses and legal documentation
- Drafting and development of internal policies (SOPs, circular letters, internal memos)
- Management of Intellectual Property (IP)
- Legal risk investigation
- Legal support for customer-related matters
- Product Compliance (drafting and review of Terms and Conditions, SLAs, and other product-related documents)
Requirements (Qualifications):
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in handling business licensing and regulatory compliance (OSS, LKPM, and similar frameworks)
- Prior experience in the technology or SaaS industry is preferred
- Strong capability in drafting legal documents and internal policies
- Solid analytical skills in interpreting regulations and translating them into business implementation
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
- High attention to detail, strong compliance mindset, and ability to work under deadlines
