Deskripsi pekerjaan Legal Manager TPM GROUP (PT TRIMITRA PUTRA MANDIRI)
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including commercial agreements, partnership contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and other corporate documents.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and strategic recommendations to management on business decisions and operational matters.
- Ensure the company’s activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards in Indonesia.
- Oversee and manage all corporate licensing processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely renewals.
- Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation processes, including coordination with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Act as the main liaison with notaries, regulators, government institutions, and external legal advisors.
- Identify potential legal risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s interests.
- Support due diligence processes, legal audits, and internal compliance reviews.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal legal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare periodic legal reports and provide updates on regulatory changes impacting the business.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the legal team to ensure high-quality legal support across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate legal, law firm, or related roles (experience in managerial or supervisory role is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, including corporate law, civil law, labor law, and business licensing.
- Academic concentration in Employment Law / Industrial Relations Law is preferred
- Proven track record in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Experience handling legal disputes and/or litigation processes is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and legal risk management.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Holding a valid PERADI license is an advantage.
