JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage and lead group's various Merge and Acquisition, as well as JV transactions. Including structural advise, deal process, transactions documents and other matters for execution;
- Review and draft transaction documents, corporate resolutions and other legal documents;
- Advice on general corporate matters, and supervise and direct external law firms on corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters;
- Provide other legal support for the daily work of certain investee and/or subsidiaries
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in merger and acquisition, and strong drafting skills are must;
- Bachelor Degree of Law
- Advance in english verbal and written
- Welcome pure law firm candidates
- Please note that the position require M&A experiences
- experience in global/international project/company is point plus
