Legal Manager

PT Yuantuo Legal Service is seeking an experienced Legal Manager with strong leadership, client management, and problem-solving capabilities, able to oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle all legal matters related to establishing investment enterprises in Indonesia, including investment registration, taxation, intellectual property, and labor employment.

2. Draft, review, and revise various legal documents and contracts for invested enterprises.

3. Conduct legal research and investigations, provide professional investment advice to the company, and participate in investment project discussions.

4. Assist invested enterprises with corporate business registrations and online visa processing in Indonesia, ensuring all documents and procedures comply with local laws.

5. Monitor local market legal regulatory dynamics and trends promptly, providing corresponding strategic advice.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Law or a related major.

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant legal work experience, with prior experience serving Chinese enterprise investment projects preferred.

3. Highly familiar with local Indonesian laws, regulations, and policies.

4. Strong communication skills, meticulous and rigorous work ethic, high sense of responsibility, and excellent professional ethics.

5. Fluency in English (professional/native level), speaking reading and writing.

6. Holds PERADI lawyer advocate license.
