Job description
- Conducting legal research on the prevailing laws and regulations.
- Responsible for providing legal advice/opinion to the management, business team, and other internal team in the Company’s Group to be in compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
- Be part of the team to handle corporate actions and M&A.
- Responsible for legal due diligence pertaining to any corporate action that the company is involved in.
- Responsible for all legal related matters (i.e. agreement drafting/review, corporate action, and legal database/archive management) in the Company’s Group.
- Analyze and make bilingual agreement (English).
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- At least 6-7 Year(s) of working experience in the field of legal.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge in legal affair, business law, drafting, and legal review.
- Detail, discipline, and willing to learn.
- Prior experience in conducting Legal Due Diligence and Corporate Action is a MUST.
- Drafting commercial agreements with partner (buyer/vendor/etc).
- Have experience in Media or Agency is a plus.
