We are looking for a Legal Intern who is a current law or a recent law school graduate passionate about start-up or related business. As an intern at Ralali.com - B2B Marketplace, you will have the opportunity to experience our company culture, expand your network and build skills to develop your expertise.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and providing day-to-day legal support for legal associates, including but not limited to providing legal risks, advice and updates on the company’s business activities
• Undertake assignments from legal associates as may be needed
• Reviewing and administering company’s legal documentation
• Assisting in conducting legal due diligence
• Summarize legal document
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree on Law
• Excellent and has an in-depth understanding with business and corporate laws and other
e-commerce related regulations
• Understand legal administration, legal review and legal drafting
• Good in English both written and spoken
• Tech-savvy, particularly in G-suite (word, excel and powerpoint)
• Having analytical thinking, initiatives and learning abilities
• Good team player with good communication skills
• Available for Full-time internship for min. 6 months
