We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Legal Intern to join our growing team for 6 months. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or students who want to gain hands-on experience in administration, recruitment, basic finance, and other operational functions.
As we are a growing company, you will have the opportunity to explore various areas of the business. Your role may evolve based on company needs, from legal to recruitment, operations, client coordination, or project support. We are looking for someone adaptable and ready to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with preparing and reviewing legal and corporate documents.
• Support document filing, record keeping, and administrative tasks.
• Conduct basic legal and regulatory research.
• Assist in maintaining company compliance records and documentation.
• Support the team in preparing reports, correspondence, and internal documents.
• Organize and manage physical and digital documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding documentation requirements.
• Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Final year student or fresh graduate, preferred background in Law.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Teams).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Able to work from our office in Bali.
• Have their own motorbike and devices
