Job Description:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing agreements and legal documents
- Conduct legal research related to corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
- Support contract administration, filing, and documentation management
- Monitor regulatory updates and summarize key developments
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding legal documentation
- Provide administrative support for legal and compliance activities
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Strong interest in Corporate Legal and Compliance
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Willing to work from office (WFO) 5 days a week
