About the position :
We are looking for a Legal Intern to provide the necessary legal spectrum for our company.
Responsibilities
- Work with the legal team with regards to the necessary legal matters for the company.
- Conduct legal research on issues and regulation as well as licensing.
- Assist in drafting agreements and other legal documents.
- Assist in developing internal guidelines, policies, procedures including compliances.
Skills & Qualifications
- Final year LAW (S.H.) students (no classes) or LAW fresh graduates from reputable universities.
- Have basic legal knowledge and good understanding of business and corporate law.
- High attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, fast learner and keen to learn.
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia verbal and written, fluent in English is a plus.
