Job description for Legal Intern at Sensetime International
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the Legal department in relation to legal matters pertaining to SenseTime’s global business (excluding China), covering areas such as commercial agreements, joint ventures, employment, data protection, and compliance.
2. Contribute to and help to manage a wide variety of projects for SenseTime’s global expansion efforts.
3. Assist in daily operational administrative tasks as and when required.
Pre-requisites:
1. Familiarity with corporate law and/or business concepts such as companies, fund-raising, joint-ventures etc. Legal training is a plus but not compulsory.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Possesses initiative, willing to take ownership of work, and creative in finding solutions to problems.
4. Ability to speak, read, and write Mandarin is a strong advantage.
5. A sense of humour and a level of resilience is highly welcome.
