About the Role:
As a Legal Intern, you will support the team in ensuring that the company operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the fintech/P2P lending industry, working closely with legal professionals on a variety of tasks, from regulatory research to contract review and internal process support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents such as agreements, internal policies, and NDAs.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research relevant to P2P lending, fintech, and OJK regulations.
- Support in monitoring compliance with internal SOPs and external regulatory requirements.
- Help prepare documents and reports for submission to regulatory bodies (e.g., OJK).
- Assist in organizing and maintaining legal files, contract databases, and compliance records.
- Participate in internal audits or compliance checks as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, product, and risk) on compliance matters.
Job Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Law or related field.
- Strong interest in fintech, financial regulations, and digital lending.
- Strong in legal research, legal drafting and reviewing
- Good understanding of Indonesian legal and regulatory frameworks, especially OJK rules.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandatory)
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Able to fully working from office
