Key Responsibilities
1. Legal, Immigration & Licensing (Main Focus)
a. Handle the full immigration process for expatriate employees (work visa, KITAS, RPTKA, IMTA, extensions, and cancellations).
b. Manage company business licenses, construction permits, and OSS/NIB registration, and keep all of them valid.
c. Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
d. Liaise with immigration offices, the Ministry of Manpower, notaries, and other government authorities.
e. Maintain the company's legal documents and keep them up to date.
2. Human Resources
a. Prepare employment contracts and company regulations in line with Indonesian Labor Law.
b. Handle employee administration, BPJS, and payroll support (PPh 21).
c. Support recruitment and onboarding of local employees.
3. General Affairs
a. Manage company assets, office needs, and procurement.
b. Provide administrative support for expatriate employees.
4. Mandatory Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Hukum) ONLY.
•Maximum age: 40 years old.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in legal, licensing, or immigration.
•Proven experience handling work visas and KITAS for expatriates.
•Good knowledge of business licensing (OSS/NIB) and Indonesian Labor Law.
•Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
5. Preferred Qualifications
•Experience in the construction industry.
•HR or GA experience.
•Mandarin language skills.
