Legal Counsel (Land & Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal due diligence and support land acquisition processes, including title verification, land certification, and ownership transfers.
• Manage and coordinate permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals related to real estate development projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, including commercial contracts, partnership agreements, vendor agreements, leases, and property transaction documents.
• Provide legal advice and risk assessments related to land, development projects, investments, and business operations.
• Liaise with government authorities, BPN, PPAT, notaries, banks, and external legal counsel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with applicable real estate, land, zoning, and development regulations.
• Support the resolution of legal disputes, land claims, and contractual matters when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate, property development, land acquisition, or a law firm specializing in property matters.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian land law, property regulations, licensing, and contract law.
• Proven experience handling land transactions, permits, and legal documentation related to real estate projects.
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with government authorities, BPN, PPAT, and notaries.
• Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• PERADI license is a plus.
