• Legal Counsel (2–7 years PQE)

III. Key Responsibilities
• Operational Legal Support: Handle daily legal and compliance affairs for the company and its clients, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and issuing formal legal opinions.
• Project Execution: Provide comprehensive Indonesian legal support for cross-border investment (FDI/ODI), M&A, company incorporation, and various regulatory licensing/permit applications.
• Bilingual Coordination: Act as a communication bridge for China-Indonesia projects, including meeting interpretation and the drafting/translation of bilingual legal documents (Chinese/English/Indonesian).
• Legal Research: Monitor the latest Indonesian laws, regulations, and policy updates; assist in preparing in-depth legal research and compliance reports.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Manage daily communication and coordination with partner law firms (in China and Indonesia) and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients.
IV. Requirements
• Professional Credentials: Must hold a valid Advocate Identification Card (KTPA) and have officially completed the Minutes of Sworn Oath (BAS) at the High Court.
• Professional Experience: * Legal Counsel: 2–7 years of relevant experience.
o Senior Counsel: 8+ years of experience (background in top-tier law firms or international consulting firms is highly preferred).
• Education: Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) or higher from a reputable university.
• Language Proficiency: * Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
o Fluency in Mandarin (Professional Level) is strongly preferred to facilitate high-frequency business communication with our Hong Kong Headquarters and Chinese corporate clients.
• Competency: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to provide legally sound and commercially viable solutions.
