Deskripsi pekerjaan Legal Corporate PT. Global Bintang Timur Ekspress (J&T Express Jakarta)

Requirements:

Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable university
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Have knowledge of corporate laws, regulation and procedure
Good negotiation skills with strong commercial and legal arguments
Smart, highly motivated person, hard worker, independent person but good as a team player
Able to work independently, able to deliver a work within tight dead line, ready to work under pressure
Computer skills : MS Word, Excel, Power Point;
Willing to be placed at Sunter, North Jakarta

Job Descriptions:

Create, review legal contracts, corporation agreements and other legal documents
Support and manage company documents
Support other sections related to Legal matter and completed task from superiors
Perform recommendation or consultation to users regarding legal matters
