Job Responsibilities
• Handle company incorporation for Local PT, Foreign-Owned Company (PT PMA), Representative Offices, Foundations, Associations, and other business entities.
• Process business licenses through the OSS-RBA system.
• Prepare, review, and organize corporate legal documents.
• Draft and review agreements, powers of attorney, resolutions, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with notaries, government authorities, and related institutions.
• Monitor the progress of legal and licensing applications and provide regular updates to clients.
• Conduct legal research on Indonesian corporate and business regulations.
• Ensure all legal processes comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of corporate records.
• Provide administrative and legal support to the consulting team.
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a legal or corporate law environment (fresh graduates with strong academic background are welcome to apply).
• Knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and business licensing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with OSS-RBA, AHU Online, and corporate administration is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
