Responsibilities:
- Legal control of the production cycle, certification, packaging and distribution.
- Legal control of marketing activities
- Checking contracts with partners and suppliers for compliance with the interests of the company and the law.
- Identification of legal and commercial risks in the company's work
- Drafting employment contracts with employees
- Identification and prevention of tax risks
- Protecting the interests of the company and management in courts and government agencies
- Interaction with government agencies
