Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all company policies and business practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage legal agreements and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.
- Provide legal advice and risk assessment to support business decision-making.
- Manage the procurement, renewal, and administration of business licenses, permits, and corporate legal documents.
- Handle pre-litigation matters, prepare legal notices (somasi), and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Monitor and analyze updates to Indonesian laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Support internal stakeholders on legal and compliance-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
- Preferably specialized in Civil Law and/or Business Law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Legal, Legal Officer, Legal Compliance, or related positions.
- Experienced in commercial contract drafting and regulatory compliance.
- Familiar with Indonesian corporate law and business licensing.
- Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, especially in legal writing and terminology.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
