Job Description:
- Create, review and negotiate company legal documents
- Carrying out checks (Due Diligence) on supporting documents for legal documents and checking permits and legality from company partners
- Providing legal advice to internal parties if needed, however not limited to commercial and internal operational interests
- Analyze legal issues involving the company, namely in the event of disputes, claims or violations
- Providing legal assistance for the procedural process both inside and outside the court.
- Manage permits, extensions and compliance with company permits
- Archiving company legal documents
- Conduct monthly and weekly reports regarding the operations of the Legal Compliance and Litigation sub-department
Qualification:
- Min. Bachelor of Law
- Experience in the same field min. 4 years (min 1 year as SPV)
- Passed the Advocate's Professional Exam
