Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Legal Associate (law firm experience is preferred).
Strong understanding of corporate law, litigation, or other relevant legal practice areas.
Able to draft, review, and analyze legal documents such as contracts, agreements, legal opinions, demand letters, and court pleadings.
Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
Capable of handling legal matters and clients independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
High integrity, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility.
Possession of PERADI license and sworn advocate status is preferred.
