UangMe Fintek Indonesia is one of the most trusted financial services company in Indonesia. UangMe is a platform that provided the loan online without trusted collateral. It has been registered in OJK. Our mission is to Let More People Equally Access Financial services with Technology. Currently, we are looking for a Legal Associate.
Responsibilities
- Assist Legal Counsel to draft, reviewing daily contracts with a vendor, customer and all business partner, and/or a third party;
- Assist Legal Counsel in handling all cases (mostly B2B and B2C case) in a local company, including issuing and recording the warning letters before the case being dispute to the court;
- Assist Legal Counsel to administer all Company Legal Document;
- Able to review and demonstrate the regulation related to Fintech or any related;
- Assist Legal Counsel to prepare a document for internal audit in conducting a legal audit (doing investigation, etc) in order to prevent any fraud and bribery action in the company;
- Maintain business license issues and registrations.
Key Requirements
- Maximum age 26 years old;
- Able to join ASAP
- Bachelor in Law and have at least 2 years experiences as a corporate lawyer at a reputable private practice firm, or as in-house counsel in financial institutions, prefer from fintech companies;
- A good team player, strong analytical, creative, and problem solver;
- Be able to understand the business taste and an interest in helping to grow the business;
- Ability to work with a dynamic environment;
- Comply with business ethics and demonstrate high ethical standard;
- Fluent in Bahasa and English both verbal and written communication as well.
