We are currently seeking a Associate on behalf of our client, a well-established Legal Consultancy Firm.
Job Description:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Provide legal advice related to corporate matters, regulatory requirements, and business initiatives.
- Support business activities including investment, tender process, and other strategic opportunities.
- Ensure company operations and client activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide practical and business-oriented legal solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably from a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong knowledge and experience in commercial legal practice, including: Commercial contracts, Corporate matters, M&A transactions, Corporate structuring, Regulatory compliance
- Able to provide practical and commercially focused legal advice.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
