Legal & GA Officer

Greeneration Foundation is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our HCGA Team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage organizational licensing and legal compliance, including PUB, OSS, and other statutory permits.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, grant agreements, donation agreements, MoUs, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence for vendors, partners, and donor/grant compliance processes.
• Manage legal administration, corporate documents, and official correspondence.
• Oversee procurement, office inventory, warehouse stock, and organizational asset management.
• Provide legal advice and risk assessment to Management on legal and governance matters.
• Develop, review, and update internal policies, SOPs, and governance documents to ensure legal compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Legal, General Affairs, Compliance, or Corporate Affairs.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian contract law, foundation regulations, and corporate compliance.
• Experience in contract drafting, legal review, procurement, and regulatory licensing (OSS/PUB is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willing to work on-site in Bandung.
