A. QUALIFICATION :
1. Male/Female
2. Maximum 35 Years Old
3. Bachelor's Degree (Law or relevant)
4. 3 years of experience in the related field
5. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
6. Understanding of relevant legal and compliance frameworks
7. Ability to analyze, identify, and resolve legal and compliance issues
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills to explain legal concepts and requirements
9. Experience handling or being involved in the completion process
10. Possession of training certificates for the related position
11. Ability to work within assigned targets
12. Acting as a bridge between the legal framework and operational aspects of the business
13. Ability to adapt to changes in the legal and regulatory environment and adjust compliance
strategies
14. Integrity and professionalism, upholding ethical standards, and maintaining company
confidentiality
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Comply with all applicable internal and external legal regulations and ethical standards.
2. Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs and procedures to ensure compliance with
laws and regulations.
3. Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and compliance risks within the organization.
4. Develop, review, and update internal policies and procedures to reflect changes in applicable laws.
5. Provide legal advice and support to the company, including in contract review, negotiation, and
dispute resolution.
6. Conduct regular audits/monitoring to identify potential compliance issues and ensure corrective
actions are taken.
7. Analyze complex legal and regulatory documents and assess risks.
8. Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
9. Maintain orderly administration related to the company's legality.
