Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
- Maintain and organize legal documentation and corporate records.
- Managed the company licensing through OSS and other governmental platform.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company and ensure compliance. Including develop and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a corporate
- Strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory compliance
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
