WrRequirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Legal, Legal & Compliance, Corporate Legal, or a related field.
- Familiar with legal documentation, contract review, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Good understanding of legal and regulatory compliance in day-to-day business operations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and diligent in handling legal documents and compliance matters.
- Proactive and able to follow up on assigned legal and compliance matters independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills, both with internal teams and external parties.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Job Description
- Review, prepare, and manage legal documents, agreements, contracts, and other company-related documents.
- Review contracts and agreements to identify key terms, potential risks, and matters requiring further attention.
- Ensure company and client documents are properly prepared, maintained, and organized.
- Support day-to-day legal and regulatory compliance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor and follow up on ongoing legal and compliance matters, including required documents and actions.
- Conduct basic legal research on applicable laws and regulations relevant to the company’s business operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding legal documents, contracts, and compliance matters.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of legal and compliance activities.
- Provide support for other legal matters and tasks related to the Legal & Compliance function.
