Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements, including manufacturing (maklon) agreements, retail/consignment agreements, distributor agreements, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) agreements, employment contracts, and business-to-consumer (B2C) agreements.
- Manage corporate legal documents, business licenses, product distribution permits, and halal certification.
- Handle trademark registration and renewal (Intellectual Property Rights/IPR), including takedown requests and cease-and-desist letters concerning counterfeit products.
- Prapare legal documents, including legal opinions, formal notices, and other non-litigation documents.
- Monitor legal compliance and develop internal policies, including personal data protection policies.
- Coordinate with government agencies, notaries, and external legal counsel.
- Provide day-to-day legal support and guidance to internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent); completion of the Advocate Professional Education Program (PKPA) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate legal, legal compliance, or commercial contracts.
- Strong contract drafting and review skills.
- Good understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, including business licensing, intellectual property rights (IPR), and consumer protection.
- Knowledge of BPOM regulations, halal certification requirements, and digital business/e-commerce is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and communicative, with the confidence to provide firm and well-reasoned legal opinions.
