Job Description:
- Drafting, reviewing, and revising a range of Service Agreements and other legal documents for service transactions and legally related matters for clients, vendors or partners.
- Provide day to day legal support.
- Monitoring organizational compliance with laws, business requirements, employee regulations, policies, and all other applicable procedures.
- Collaborating with the team to research relevant regulations for company business interest.
- Collaborating with the team to prepare an annual audit schedule for ISO 27001.
- Participating in meetings and discussions with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to support legal and compliance matters.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Law with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in a startup or technology company.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements and other legal documents.
- Familiar with regulations issued by Komdigi, OJK, Bank Indonesia, and other relevant authorities.
- Familiar with ISO 27001 and PDP regulations will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company in meetings and discussions with clients and/or partners.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good attention to detail, ability to multitask and willingness to learn is essential.
