Legal Admin

Konnco Studio is looking for a Legal Admin to support the smooth running of the Legal team's work.

What you'll do:

• Act as the first point of contact, receiving new work requests from the Lead or other divisions and routing them to the Legal team member handling the relevant area (client, regulatory, internal, SOP/policy, or SMKI)
• Track and monitor document status, keeping contract and document data up to date for both clients and internal use so the whole team knows the progress
• Track upcoming deadlines for contracts, permits, and documents, and remind the relevant Legal team member before they're due
• Organize documents (contracts, SOPs, policies, decrees) in Google Drive according to the existing folder structure
• Support SMKI document management for ISO 27001 certification, preparing, organizing, and tracking the status of dozens of documents (SOPs, policies, decrees, reports, registers) against timelines, coordinating with PICs from each division (SMKI, Product, HR, DevOps, GA, etc.), and taking meeting notes
• Provide other administrative support such as following up on document signatures, coordinating review schedules, and updating status to requesting parties

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, open to fresh graduates with internship experience
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs)
• Good administrative, documentation, and data tracking skills
• Thorough and detail oriented with good time management
• Good communication skills for cross team coordination
