About Us
We are an international EdTech and education organization delivering online professional training programs in collaboration with a leading German education provider.
We are looking for a Lecturer Management Officer to support the assesment, coordination, onboarding, and ongoing management of our lecturer network.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support lecturers throughout their onboarding journey.
- Manage lecturer documentation and records.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, and meetings.
- Support lecturer recruitment and qualification processes.
- Monitor lecturer availability and support deployment planning.
- Follow up on pending documents, evaluations, and administrative requirements.
- Maintain accurate reports and databases.
- Collaborate closely with the Education, HR, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in related fields.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
Preferred
- Experience working in education, training, EdTech, or academic institutions.
- Experience managing trainers, lecturers, facilitators, or instructors.
- Experience in remote and international work environments.
