Summary:
Responsible for developing Smallshop area in store by looking for new tenants and maintaining existing tenants
Roles & responsibilities:
- Looking for tenants that suit the concept or layout of the store
- Make offers and negotiations with tenants in accordance with applicable regulations and prepare the registration process for new tenant
- Ensure that renovation or fit-out work is carried out according to applicable regulations
- Responsible to maintain good relationships with existing tenants by solving tenant complaints promptly and effectively
- Provide and handle administration duties on tenant-related to support the smoothness of tenant operational activity and updated sales tenant database
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure performance standards are exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Tenant Relation / Customer Relation or similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Have a Good Communication, Negotiation, Complaint Handling, and Problem Solving Skill.
- Computer literate with excellent skills of Microsoft Office
- Full-Time position(s) available.
