As a Learning Solutions Consultant, you are dedicated to help our training programs to expand to many customer aspects, handling the end to end progress to make the training happen not only to fulfill client’s needs, maintain relationships with them but also curate the best curriculum.

The Role:

• Act as the main point of contact for external training programs, including working with guest speakers.
• Manage and update the training database, syllabus, and course materials.
• Curate and align training content to meet client needs across topics like Data Science, Data Analytics, HR, Leadership, and Speaking skills.
• Build strong relationships with speakers and trainers.
• Oversee the delivery of training sessions, ensuring smooth execution.
• Work directly with clients to tailor training programs and ensure alignment with their expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduated from a reputable university.
• Bachelor’s degree in fields related to, but not limited to, Management, Communication, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B environments.
• Eager to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and critical thinking.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Experience in managing programs or projects, ideally in training or education, is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Familiarity with curriculum planning is an advantage.
