Job Description

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play an important role in building a strong learning culture and supporting employee development across Lima Detik Group.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement training programs for employees across all business units.
2. Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify competency gaps.
3. Create training modules, learning materials, and development programs.
4. Deliver training sessions related to service excellence, product knowledge, SOP, and leadership.
5. Support onboarding programs for new employees.
6. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
7. Collaborate with Operations and Department Heads to identify development needs.
8. Develop competency matrix and career development programs.
9. Maintain training records, reports, and learning documentation.
10. Support talent development and succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, or related areas.
3. Experience in the F&B, hospitality, retail, or service industry is preferred.
4. Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
5. Able to create training modules and learning materials.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
8. Willing to travel to outlets if required.
9. Passionate about people development and continuous learning.
