LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Job Description
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play an important role in building a strong learning culture and supporting employee development across Lima Detik Group.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for employees across all business units.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify competency gaps.
- Create training modules, learning materials, and development programs.
- Deliver training sessions related to service excellence, product knowledge, SOP, and leadership.
- Support onboarding programs for new employees.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Operations and Department Heads to identify development needs.
- Develop competency matrix and career development programs.
- Maintain training records, reports, and learning documentation.
- Support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, or related areas.
- Experience in the F&B, hospitality, retail, or service industry is preferred.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Able to create training modules and learning materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
- Willing to travel to outlets if required.
